Palma, June 19, 2025 – APSL Nagarro, a company specializing in advanced technological solutions, has joined the Network of Smart Tourist Destinations (Red DTI) as a collaborating member. This program is led by the Spanish Secretary of State for Tourism and managed by SEGITTUR.

The Red DTI is a key ecosystem that promotes public-private collaboration to advance a new model of tourism management based on five pillars: governance, innovation, technology, sustainability, and accessibility. APSL Nagarro has been working for years on the management standards of the model promoted by Red DTI, and this new adherence to the program strengthens its commitment to improving the tourism sector.

"Becoming part of the Red DTI is a natural step for us," stated Antoni Aloy, CEO and Co-Founder of APSL Nagarro. "Our trajectory has always been linked to technological avant-garde and the tourism sector. We firmly believe in collaboration as a driver of innovation, and the Red DTI and its model are perfect for continuing on this path."

For over two decades, the company has been the technological partner for major hotel chains, tour operators, online travel agencies (OTAs), and transport companies. They've developed critical systems such as booking engines, channel managers, loyalty programs, and destination management platforms. This practical knowledge of the tourism business, from hotel operations to traveler logistics, is now being made available to the Red DTI.

Furthermore, Nagarro is offering its "Business Accelerators" specifically designed for the Travel and Tourism sector to the Network. These are a set of pre-built and customizable technological platforms and components that significantly reduce the development and implementation time for new solutions. Key accelerators include solutions for hyper-personalizing the customer experience, intelligent segmentation modules, digital concierges, AI upselling agents, front desk and operations support, and dashboards for monitoring sustainability indicators (ESG). These tools allow destinations to implement pioneering technology more agilely and efficiently.
