Palma, January 13, 2024 – APSL, a company within the digital engineering multinational Nagarro, has been selected to develop, implement, and maintain a technological solution for managing the Local Police Register of the Balearic Islands. This new system will enhance interoperability between public administrations, ensuring efficient and transparent management of human resources within the police sector.
The solution aims to comprehensively manage the professional history of local police officers and monitor the staffing of local police forces. The system will allow for the recording and maintenance of complete, up-to-date information on officers, including their work history, appointments, job postings, administrative statuses, and other relevant data. Additionally, it will provide a clear, real-time overview of existing positions, their descriptions, and the personnel assigned to each role.
Fran Muñoz, head of Nagarro's Public Sector in Spain, emphasized, "With this system, various administrations will be able to work within their respective competencies, sharing a unified and interconnected working platform. We are breaking down the barrier of information sharing between administrations and enabling agile management through a single system."
The Local Police Register will be a collaborative tool designed for use by different user profiles and public administrations:
This project represents a significant step towards the digitalization of administrative processes, improving collaboration between public administrations and enhancing transparency in managing local police forces in the Balearic Islands.
