Like every year, we enclose our particular congratulations in the APSL style. In it, in addition to giving you our best wishes, we summarise what we have been working on throughout 2022.

Last Friday, December 16, we celebrated the biggest party ever seen in the company. We put together our lightning talks, with the all-hands, to finally finish with the Christmas dinner (and party). Being a special occasion, the lightning talks and the all-hands were in person at the Parc Bit Auditorium. Of course, being an excellent remote-first company, there was a live broadcast for those who could not physically attend.
We would like to make a special mention for our lightning talks speakers: Marc Galofré (comparing the use of two CMS in his talk 'Drupal vs Wagtail'), Óscar Tienda (giving us advice on data visualization with 'Data Visualization 101'), Catalina Kellner (giving a touch of color to the talks with 'UX / UI how to use a color palette') and Jesús Reyes (telling us about his experience of 'Two (virtual) years in New York'). Four brave people who have dared to present on stage in front of an audience of more than forty. It was a complete success!
Without a doubt, both the lightning talks and the Christmas dinner were an opportunity to meet new faces and reconnect with more familiar ones. Despite not all 109 of us having been there (due to some last-minute setbacks), we spent an afternoon/evening full of laughter and fun.
